Interestingly, we found that although it was indeed quite obvious as to why certain coffee beans were lower in cost compared to others, some of the more famous, and expensive, varieties did not stand up to their reputation.

 

In the end we were absolutely 100% convinced that the best way to experience and appreciate the qualities of the best gourmet coffee from around the world would be for us to select the best beans available from the best coffee-growing areas.

Our goal has always been to find the best tasting coffee possible but it is also extremely important to us that the beans come from a fair trade source.
